This luxury apartment is a front line property next to Torviscas beach and is within a 20 minutes walk of the town centre and within 5 minutes of the San Eugenio Centro Commercial with a large supermarket and a variety of other shops. 

The complex has 2 swimming pools and a large area for sunbeds and is immaculately maintained. There is a large number of owner occupied properties within, so the atmosphere is quiet and refined, and would suit couples or older families.

The apartment  has a single bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed, allowing a comfortable maximum of four people. The living room is fully equipped with a DVD player and satellite TV reception to allow viewers to keep up to date with  UK TV.

The kitchen has a 2 ring hob, an oven and a microwave and  all the cutlery, crockery and utensils required for your stay.

The bathroom has a bath, a seperate shower, a toilet and a bidet and is tiled throughout. Towels and bedding are provided but guests are requested to bring their own pool towels.

The best feature is a large outside balcony with plenty of room for meals, drinks and to watch the beautiful sunsets. The view is southwest facing, with an unobstructed view of the sea and the island of Gomera in the distance.
